By accessing the GulfWay website, submitting your job application, uploading your CV, or utilizing any of our recruitment facilitation services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or submit personal application data through our website.
2. Nature of Services
GulfWay is an independent recruitment facilitation portal that assists candidates in discovering and applying for verified job opportunities across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
GulfWay acts as an intermediary bridge between job seekers and potential employers or licensed hiring agencies. GulfWay is not a direct employer and does not issue employment contracts directly.

In alignment with international ethical labor recruitment standards and GCC regulations:
- GulfWay does not charge any registration, processing, or application fees to job seekers.
- Candidates must never pay any money to individuals claiming to represent GulfWay for job guarantees or fast-tracked interviews.
- Any suspicious payment solicitations should be reported immediately to our support team.
5. Candidate Responsibilities & Document Authenticity
By submitting your profile to GulfWay, you warrant and agree that:
- All information provided regarding your identity, age, qualifications, work experience, and previous Gulf employment history is genuine, current, and accurate.
- All uploaded documents (CV, certificates, licenses) are authentic and belong solely to you.
- You hold or are eligible to obtain a valid passport for international travel and employment.
- You are legally fit and medically eligible to undertake employment in your chosen destination country.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users of the GulfWay platform are strictly prohibited from:
- Submitting fraudulent, altered, or forged documents or credentials.
- Submitting automated, bot-driven, or repetitive spam applications.
- Impersonating another candidate or individual.
- Attempting to interfere with the security, architecture, or servers of the GulfWay website.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GulfWay, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Any decision made or action taken by an employer regarding your application or employment.
- Rejections or delays in visa processing, immigration clearance, or travel authorizations by GCC government authorities.
- Disputes arising between candidates and independent employers.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
